Turning off automatic answers from QueryPal in a channel is an easy process. First, go to the Bot Configuration page. Find the bot that posts to that channel (under "Where Bot Posts") and click the 'Edit' link.
Within the Bot's page, find the field which says "Where Bot Posts", and click the 'X' next to the channel where you want to turn off auto-answering. Then, make sure you scroll to the bottom and click the 'Save' button to save your changes.
Go back to the Bot Configuration page (you may need to reload), and verify that the channel is no longer next to that bot. You should be all set, and can reactivate the bot in that channel by going through the same flow, but adding that channel back to "Where Bot Posts".
